In January 2022, my family won a trip to Radium, BC. Between snow-covered mountains and quiet moments away, we found ourselves drawn to the local coffee - freshly roasted, rich, and full of character.
It wasn't until I returned home and brewed my usual store-bought coffee that I realized just how much I had been missing.
That moment sparked something.
What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion. Before long, I had a small coffee roaster, a growing collection of green beans, and a deep appreciation for the art and science behind every roast. I spent countless hours experimenting - exploring different origins, adjusting temperatures, and refining roast times. I learned that even the smallest change can completely transform a cup.
Apple Tree Coffee was born from that pursuit.
